With over 8 years of experience in Marketing and Communications, including a stint as Marketing Director, Karen is all about the bottom line and marketing ROI. She is a go-getter, and prides herself on being technology savvy. She is continually learning, and is always looking for new business ideas. Her past employers have included Safe Software, TP Systems, and Honeywell. She is also a board member at the Marketing Research Intelligence Association. She has had the fortune of working in various parts of the world including USA, Australia, South America, and Asia.

Karen has a passion for organization, and loves working with people. She lives life like there is no tomorrow and strives to stay busy. In her spare time, she enjoys taking aerobics classes, fighter fit, yoga, hiking, swimming, shopping, house and pet sitting, travelling, reading, cooking and, of course, lounging at the beach. She also dreams of 'loja,loja,loja', pao, sopa, and Bunny Island someday (Only some of you know what this is!).

Abe Milde
Web Technology Director

Originally from Maple Ridge, Abe has over 13 years of experience and education as a Web Technology Director, and has worked for a wide range of organizations, including Graphically Speaking and Top Producer. He can always be found in front of the computer troubleshooting or reading up on the latest and greatest gadget or technology, and in his spare time, enjoys hiking, swimming, travelling, reading and outrigger. He is tenacious, carefree, and loves animals.

Rich Hoeve
Creative Director

Hailing from Creston, B.C., Rich has over 19 years of experience and education as a Senior and Creative Director, and maintains a passion for design, branding and marketing. He loves beer and hockey, and when not hard at work, he can be found watching Mad Men and spoiling his daughter. His past employers include Graphically Speaking and Top Producer.

Helen Cheng
Junior Executive Assistant

Originally from Taiwan, birthplace of Bubble Tea, Helen moved to Vancouver after completing her Bachelor of Business Administration major in International Business. She joined Reframe Marketing as an Intern during her Office Administration Certificate Program and became our regular staff afterwards. Helen is a quick-learner who always supports our team members with efficiency. She is independent and enjoys multi-tasking. Her favorite season is summer because she loves sunshine and beaches!
